Last week, Erry'thang Sauce had the incredible opportunity to attend the ECRM Trade Show in Las Vegas from July 21st to the 23rd. This event marked a significant milestone for our brand as it provided a platform to showcase our unique sauces to some of the most influential buyers and distributors in the industry. We showcased our products alongside business owners like Bobby Brown and other emerging brands!
The trade show was a whirlwind of activity, filled with back-to-back meetings, product demonstrations, and networking opportunities. Over the course of three days, we engaged with 13 buyers and distributors, presenting the distinct flavors and versatile uses of Erry'thang Sauce. Our passion for creating high-quality, all-natural, vegan-friendly condiments resonated with many attendees, resulting in seven positive responses from the buyers we met.
Key Highlights
- Buyer Engagement: Among the buyers we met were representatives from prominent retailers like Sprouts, Walmart Marketplace, United Airlines, and several international distributors. Each meeting was an invaluable opportunity to discuss potential collaborations and showcase how our sauces can enhance their product offerings.
- Positive Feedback: The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive. Buyers were particularly impressed with the versatility of our sauces, which can be used to elevate a variety of dishes from Korean BBQ to Southern fried chicken and Puerto Rican Pinchos. This versatility, combined with our commitment to using premium ingredients, set us apart from other brands in the market.
Next Steps
With seven buyers expressing interest in carrying Erry'thang Sauce, the real work begins now. We are excited to start negotiating purchase orders and ensuring that we can meet the production demands in time. Partnering with a co-packer in Illinois, who will help us scale up production while maintaining the quality our customers love, will be crucial in this process.
