Recipe of the Week: Erry'thang Eggs

 

Take your deviled eggs to the next level with a bold twist from Erry’thang Spicy Garlic. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or a fancy snack, these eggs are guaranteed to impress with their creamy texture and zesty kick.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Eggs

  • ½ cup Mayo

  • 1 tbsp Mustard

  • 3 tbsp Erry’thang Spicy Garlic

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place the eggs in a large pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.

  2. Remove the pot from heat, rinse the eggs in cold water, and allow them to cool completely.

  3. Once cooled, carefully peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.

  4. Remove the yolks and transfer them to a separate bowl.

  5. Add the mayo, mustard, Erry’thang Spicy Garlic, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash and mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  6. Scoop the yolk mixture into a resealable plastic bag, snip off one corner, and pipe the filling into the hollowed-out egg white halves.

  7. Place the deviled eggs in the refrigerator to chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.
