Recipe Of The Week - Zesty Garlic Basil Pasta

Ingredients:

12 oz spaghetti or your favorite pasta

3 tbsp Erry’thang Sauce Garlic Basil

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 cups fresh spinach

½ cup grated Parmesan (optional for vegan version)

¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste

Red chili flakes (optional for extra heat)


Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water, then drain and set aside.


2. Sauté the Aromatics:
